The 2022 model year was a big one for the Grand Cherokee as Jeep kicked off the all-new fifth generation, but despite that, the new model arrives just a year later with some rather big changes. There are six core trim levels available through our dealership. The Laredo is the base trim. The Altitude adds popular options and an appearance package. The Limited adds even more luxuries and opens up more options. The Overland is a luxury-oriented off-road model. The Summit is a high-end premium edition, and the Summit Reserve ups the luxury quotient even more with a number of exclusives.

Perhaps the biggest change is that there are now really on four core trim levels. The Trailhawk has been moved over to the Grand Cherokee 4xe lineup for the additional oomph that powertrain affords. The 10.1-inch infotainment touch screen is now standard with the Limited trim level and up. Jeep has also introduced more premium Alpine and McIntosh audio options, and it has made it easier to select those options standalone rather than having to add them via an equipment group. The most notable of those is a 19-speaker McIntosh setup that is now available with the Overland and Summit trims.

You can select either the two-row or three-row configuration with all trim levels. Most trim levels give you the option of either rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The exception is the Summit Reserve, which includes four-wheel drive. An eight-speed automatic transmission is standard across the board. Most models have a 3.6-liter V6 engine: 293 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The 4WD Overland and Summit trim levels also give you the option of a 5.7-liter V8 engine: 357 hp and 390 lb.-ft.
