Job Description

Brad Deery Motors in Downtown Maquoketa has an opening in our Internet department for a BDC representative. Come be a part of the largest family-owned auto group in Iowa!

Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate and interact with potential customers via phone, text, email, or in person, in a professional friendly, and efficient manner.
• Communicate with past and current customers via phone, email, and text in a professional friendly, and efficient manner.
• Record videos of vehicles for customers & social media.
• Involvement in organizing and/or coordinating new programs, campaigns, and events for the department.
• Cooperate within the department to maintain the highest rating in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Reflect an enthusiastic and positive impression of our dealership and manage all tasks in an active environment.
• Maintain workspace in an organized and clean manner.
• Develop and maintain key dealer relationships and assist were needed within the Sales and BDC teams.
