I've been looking for a vehicle, mostly a Jeep, for over a year and I found one at Brad Deery Motors. I'm 3 hours away and the help I got before I took the drive was amazing. I requested more pictures of the interior and they went above and beyond and did a video for me. That pretty much sealed the deal. I got to the dealership and everyone was so nice. I didn't feel pressured into buying. My salesman was awesome as well. He made the process easier. He had a lot of the process done before I got there. He's very much a down to earth man. I totally appreciate everyone involved with my purchase. They even washed the Jeep again before I took it. I gave Jeff Nieves five stars for being a very straightforward, no-bs guy. I sent the dealership a message late at night saying I was interested in buying a new car that was in transit to their dealership and the next day he called me before they were even open for business. He was told they had no idea when the car would arrive, but he said I would hear from him as soon as it did. I got a call from him several days later on a Saturday just letting me know he hadn’t forgotten about me, but still no word on the car, but he would car as soon as it arrived. Three days later he called 15 minutes before he was supposed to be leaving for the day to say the car was being unloaded from the transport. There was problem with the radiator fan which had to be replaced so there was a delay to get a replacement. We drove down to the dealership this past Monday to look at the car and close the deal and the new fan had still not arrived but we stayed another night. The fan arrived early the next day, the service department got it installed right away, the car was detailed, and we were on our way home by 4:00pm (300+ miles). Jeff was awesome, making sure things got done asap and getting us back on the road with our new car. Also great job by Dan their finance Manager, Very courteous, professional and great guy. Thanks Jeff & Dan for making our transaction with Brad Deery Motors an enjoyable one. Dan & Gail Barber

From Dan G. picking us up at the hotel (we flew in the night before) to having Julian drive us for a road a trip to Wells Fargo (38 miles away) to get some more cash everyone treated us like a part of the family. (So here is the Wells Fargo trip in a nut shell. You can only wire a certain amount of your own money. They recently put a cap on how much you can wire out of your account. Over the years I have purchased 11 vehicles on the internet and never had a limit from Wells Fargo on how much I can wire out of my savings. So if you have Wells Fargo you better have a backup as they will only wire so much a day and a monthly limit) If you leery of purchasing from the internet you need to just purchase a vehicle from Brad Deery and they well change your mind as they do it right. Thank you to all that made our purchase a good experience even with circumstances beyond my control with my Wells Fargo issue.

The one thing I hate doing is buying new vehicle's. I own two businesses and I am extremely busy so I hate the thought of taking a day devoting to haggling over a car/truck. Salesman told me the truck hadn't had any body work done to it. He said he knew this because he took it in on trade. There is evidence that there has been some work done to it by the paint flacking around the driver side tail light. Not a good way to get return customer s or even referrals

BUYER BEWARE!!! After finding a truck online listed for...

BUYER BEWARE!!! After finding a truck online listed for $26k I emailed the dealer about more info and pictures since I would be driving 60 miles to the dealership and got basic bot generated response with none of the info I asked for. I decided to drive down anyway since the deal was right. SHOULDN'T HAVE WASTED MY GAS OR TIME!! After the salesman looked up the price and verified it was $26k we went for a test drive when I decided I would buy it. They did the trade in evaluation ( which was $4k lower then other dealers) they handed me an offer sheet with $9000!!! Added to the price of the truck. After I refused the manager said the price on the website was wrong even after the salesman verified the price. This business is a joke and ran by scam artists!! Glad I wasn't in desperate need of a vehicle and could just walk away!!
