PARTS COUNTER ADVISOR Now Hiring Starting pay is $15 per – $20 per hour Description: We are currently seeking an entry level parts advisor to join our rapidly expanding team.  As a Parts Counter Advisor you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and or accessories to our service technicians and retail customers while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors. Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items. Answer and return parts counter phone calls. Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner. Process and fill technician parts orders. Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians. Assist with doing inventory. Assist in maintain proper storage of parts Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom. Qualifications/Skills: Previous parts advisor experience preferred but not required Understand basic automotive components and systems is a plus Automotive dealership service experience is a plus A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service Comfortable standing for long periods of time Able to lift 40lbs unassisted Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented Working knowledge of computers Great verbal and written communication skills.
