The 2023 Trailblazer continues the second Trailblazer generation introduced with the 2021 model year. There are no major updates for the model, but Chevrolet has made many small tweaks to the standard and optional features available at all trim levels.

The EcoTec 1.3L is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission and optional with the LT and standard with the Activ and RS.
The current-generation Trailblazer has been selected as an IIHS Top Safety Pick+. A 7-inch infotainment touch screen is standard and features in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot and wireless Android and Apple device integration. With the LT and up, an 8-inch touch screen is optional. Standard driver assists include automatic high-beam headlamps, a rearview camera system, frontal collision warning with automatic emergency braking and lane departure warning with lane keeping assist. The Driver Confidence suite is available with the LT and up and adds rear parking sensors, blind-spot warning and rear cross-traffic warning. The Technology suite is available with the Active and RS trims. It adds the larger touch screen, if applicable, in addition to adaptive cruise control and a higher-resolution camera.

The Activ is the most luxury-oriented trim, and the RS is similar but with sportier interior and exterior enhancements.
