Starting at $15 per hour + Bonuses for Appointments and Sales

Responsibilities:

• Data Mining Sales Customers: Utilize your skills to identify potential customers and cultivate meaningful connections.
• CRM Mastery: Keep our Customer Relationship Management system up-to-date with comprehensive notes on clients, ensuring personalized and efficient service.
• Appointment Generation: Proactively generate and schedule sales appointments through effective communication and persuasion.
• Vehicle Selection Assistance: Guide customers through the exciting process of selecting their dream vehicle, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Outbound Calling: Embrace a high-volume outbound calling strategy to engage prospects, build relationships, and drive sales opportunities.
• Video Walk-Arounds: Bring the showroom experience to customers virtually by creating engaging video walk-arounds of our latest models.
• Flexibility: Be prepared for a 40-hour work week with some nights and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
