I've been looking for a vehicle, mostly a Jeep, for over a year and I found one at Brad Deery Motors. I'm 3 hours away and the help I got before I took the drive was amazing. I requested more pictures of the interior and they went above and beyond and did a video for me. That pretty much sealed the deal. I got to the dealership and everyone was so nice. I didn't feel pressured into buying. My salesman was awesome as well. He made the process easier. He had a lot of the process done before I got there. He's very much a down to earth man. I totally appreciate everyone involved with my purchase. They even washed the Jeep again before I took it. Jeffrey was very helpful and answered the many questions that I had. I didn't realize until I left, that I had kept him and the finance person very late. I felt bad about that but never felt rushed by Jeffry as he took all the time needed to be sure I knew everything I needed to know before leaving with my "new to me" vehicle. As I considered different options, the finance person said to take my time, there was no hurry. Their professionalism was a credit to the dealership.

I drove 3 hours from near Springfield, IL for a vehicle that I was POSITIVE I was going to purchase at a different dealership in Davenport....long story short - that didn't happen. After doing more searching (from my phone in a parking lot) I drove 30 minutes farther to a town I'd never heard of...and still can't pronounce correctly, Maquoketa, Iowa. I was extremely impressed with how much inventory Brad Deery Motors had. I absolutely LOVE my new van, it's truly even better than the vehicle I originally intended to purchase from the different dealership. I'm a strong believer in that people are the best referrals and I will always speak very highly of Brad Deery Motors. Hoping I bring you some customers from West Central, Illinois in the near future. I recommend Brad Deery Maquoketa if you are looking for a new vehicle. We were very fortunate to work with Connor Wambold. We told him what kind of new vehicle we were looking for. Periodically he would check in with us letting us know the new vehicle was still at the factory. Or to let us know the vehicle was in transit. As soon as a new 2022 Equinox arrived on the lot, Connor contacted us to come take a look. We also worked with Dan Gries for financing. Dan was so nice to work with and explaining in simple terms answers to our questions. Within about 4 1/2 hours of arriving at Brad Deery, we left with our Equinox. BUYER BEWARE!!! After finding a truck online listed for $26k I emailed the dealer about more info and pictures since I would be driving 60 miles to the dealership and got basic bot generated response with none of the info I asked for. I decided to drive down anyway since the deal was right. SHOULDN'T HAVE WASTED MY GAS OR TIME!! After the salesman looked up the price and verified it was $26k we went for a test drive when I decided I would buy it. They did the trade in evaluation ( which was $4k lower then other dealers) they handed me an offer sheet with $9000!!! Added to the price of the truck. After I refused the manager said the price on the website was wrong even after the salesman verified the price. This business is a joke and ran by scam artists!! Glad I wasn't in desperate need of a vehicle and could just walk away!!

Priced vehicle, then after that, they kept wanting to add more and more admin fees, $2000 or so, and non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 that could not be applied toward sale price of vehicle. Never had a scam group operate so blatantly in years. You hear about some of these deals going on in cities far away, but not here in the midwest. Beware. Not sure if someone was planning on pocketing the extra cash or what... Anyway, after several versions of slick sales pitches, we walked away....

Alisha, Blayze and Bob were great to work with. Alisha reached out to me after I inquired online about trading my old vehicle. We made arrangements for a time to drive up from Cedar Rapids and look at Jeeps. That’s when I met Blayze. He was patient and we drove a couple of Jeeps I like. We got my trade a number we could both agree on without someone else coming and feeling like they were doing me a huge favor. He is easy to work with and very approachable. I moved over to finance where Bob walked me through everything. Easy. I have told everybody to make the drive to Maquoketa. It’s worth it.
