What a great truck-buying experience from the Deery team. And a team it was. My internet inquiry was first answered by Monica. Monica set my appointment at the dealership and was the person who greeted me. After gathering my information, she ensured the correct truck was staged outside and ready for my test drive. I was then introduced to Zach. Zach took me on my test drive and answered all my questions. Due to my schedule, Blayze stepped in, and continued my purchase process. Kody was up next. He took care all of the final paperwork. All this in under 4 hours combined. Such a smooth process. I live in a small rural town in Tennessee and everyone at Brad Deery provided the same friendly, small-town, hospitable service that I have grown accustomed to and love. I have brought cars from this dealership before with awesome customer nsrrvice but this time was just different I felt like let's get it over and yes the sales associate was very knowledgeable and explained things he was kind but I just felt like right you are really going to buy this car and not know my background and I understand not everyone would look at a callback car but my family is used to fixing the issue and trust the mechanics which my family I wanted to ask if I could bring the car to my mechanic but I didnot get a feeling I could so I am not saying that I not purchase this vehicle I am saying it just felt like a number and move on. But Jamica was awesome she was very warm and made me felt like I counted.

I couldn't be happier with the 2021 Acadia Denali I just
I couldn't be happier with the 2021 Acadia Denali I just purchased from Brad Deery Motors in Maquoketa. Jaimaca was incredibly responsive once we showed interest online, and I received confirmation immediately about setting up an appointment. She was booked the following day but worked it out so I could come in as this was my only available day and this dealership is more than an hour away from my hometown. The deal was just too good to pass up, and we didn't want to miss it! I originally came in for an Acadia SLE, but Safo Ibraimi offered so many options catered around my wants and needs that we went in a different direction. He stayed there to help me past the time the dealership was supposed to be open. They were also willing to wait on a funds transfer that wasn't immediately available the next day and still let me drive my beautiful car back home. I can't say enough good things about all of them. From start to finish, I was extremely happy with the experience.
