Monica set my appointment at the dealership and was the person who greeted me. After gathering my information, she ensured the correct truck was staged outside and ready for my test drive. I was then introduced to Zach. Zach took me on my test drive and answered all my questions. Due to my schedule, Blayze stepped in, and continued my purchase process. Kody was up next. He took care all of the final paperwork. All this in under 4 hours combined. Such a smooth process. Devin had the vehicles that I wanted to look at and compare waiting for me at our appointment time. He answered all my questions and did a great job showing the features of each vehicle. Negotiations of trade and vehicle price were pretty standard. Once the decision was made to purchase, the financing and final signing was pretty fast and efficient. I appreciated that I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 hrs. and I looked at several different vehicles. My vehicle was washed, detailed and waiting for me after the paperwork was completed. Devin spent time to go over all the features at delivery. Love my vehicle!

Buyer Beware, Especially if your interested in the “New”
Buyer Beware, Especially if your interested in the “New” 2023 Camaro 2SS Convertible. I drove 10 Hours round trip to look at this car before making a purchase between this car and another. I was told the car was in their showroom but when I got there they told me it was in the body shop for a minor ding . Yet they were not going to get it back for 2-3 days. And refused to even let me see the car after a 5 hour drive to get there. Any reputable dealer would have just let me see the vehicle after that long of a drive and a being a ready to purchase buyer if it was just a little ding. So I basically wasted a whole day to come see/purchase this car. They obviously must have more damage to hide. The sales guy was nice. The owner or GM was super rude. And they will give a response full of nonsense I’m sure, even though they fail to state that I told them I would be coming down to see it the night before. Can’t trust this place and I would definitely take my money somewhere else.

I have brought cars from this dealership before with awesome customer nsrrvice but this time was just different I felt like let's get it over and yes the sales associate was very knowledgeable and explained things he was kind but I just felt like right you are really going to buy this car and not know my background and I understand not everyone would look at a callback car but my family is used to fixing the issue and trust the mechanics which my family I wanted to ask if I could bring the car to my mechanic but I didnot get a feeling I could so I am not saying that I not purchase this vehicle I am saying it just felt like a number and move on. But Jamica was awesome she was very warm and made me felt like I counted.
