I have sold retail for 32 years, I know that after dealing with the public that long one tends to get a little "hard" at times. However, even I was IMPRESSED with your staff...TWICE!
Its good knowing there is a place called "Brad Deery" where everybody-from the gal that answers the phone, to the sales people, to the guys in the business dept, ALL really do know what their doing--WHAT A BUNCH OF PROS.
I shopped 2 dubuque, 1 Dyersville, 1 Manchester, and 2 Maquoketa car dealers. NOT EVEN CLOSE!
I can see why Jim Schiffer was top salesman last month. This guy has real bulldog tanasity-he doesnt let go until hes writing the deal.
