Position Overview:
As a Level 3 Certified Service Technician who works on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles at Brad Deery Motors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest industry standards. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles
- Perform warranty work and recalls
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Accurately document all work performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Certification for Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / RAM
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with automotive repair tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Must have a minimum of three years experience as a Service Technician
